Get rid of that nasty inner critic once and for all so you can feel confidence you’ve never felt before and live a life you REALLY love

Unveil Your Inner Magic!

An 8-week journaling program that blends self-reflection, assessment tools, and group sessions for support and flexibility to find your gifts your way

Everyone thinks you’ve got it together, but inside, you just feel like a mess.

Your inner critic is really loud and mean, so you don’t feel good enough (about your body, personality, career, anything!) no matter how much you achieve.

You believe that the more you do, the more valuable you are to others, even though you know you can’t do it all.

You've spent so much money and time on all the personality assessments and workshops to figure out what makes you tick, but you haven't actually done anything with what you've learned.

You think it's easier just to do everything on your own but still wish that people around you would offer the help you won’t ask for.

You won't say it out loud, but you wonder if this is as good as your life is ever going to get, that YOU are as good as you're ever going to get, no matter what you do.

If this is you, please know...

You can feel better.

You aren't broken.

You don't need to be fixed.

You already have everything you need inside you!

Get the tools, support, and encouragement you need to look within for the answers.

"I think SHE is magic..."

Amanda often talks about the magic of journaling and while I certainly have experienced the magic of journaling by myself, it's nothing compared to the MAGIC of the social journaling Amanda facilitates. I joined Amanda's journaling group because I wanted some accountability around my journaling practice. I received this and so much more. Not only did journaling with Amanda and the group shift my relationship to writing, but also I connected with some amazing people on a surprisingly deep level. Amanda knows just how to hold space for a group like this. I think SHE is magic!

Amanda is great at holding space for people to do the hard work, making it safe for you to show up as you are.
This program is for people who are willing to dig in and do the hard work, curious and dedicated to growth, and also for people who enjoy connecting and growing alongside people. It can be easier to grow when we have the support of a group behind us. Amanda infuses kindness and grace in this journey, showing us we can work towards what we want while being kind to ourselves.

I'm Amanda, your guide & facilitator!

I know the story of not feeling good enough, not recognizing my strengths and gifts.

I found journaling when I was an angsty teenager having a really hard day, and I quickly learned that writing made me feel better - about myself and about the life I was leading.

Fast forward a whole lot of years, I turned to my journal the night my marriage ended, using it to not only survive a divorce I didn't want and didn't see coming, but to thrive - rediscovering who I was, what I wanted, what I needed, and how I was going to make it happen.

I've used journaling to uncover what makes me unique and special, and how I can lead with those strengths to live a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and truly magical.

My journal is a record of my life, written by my own hand. It's a record of how I grew, what I learned, how I tried. It's full of help I gave and received, connections I fostered, creations I shaped with my hands, heart, and mind. It's a scorecard of my wins, a place to understand my losses, and how I regrouped to try again. It's a book of joy, sadness, and so much gratitude for all of it.

I know that journaling isn't intuitive to everyone, but I'm convinced that everyone can learn to do it in a way that feels really authentic and true to them.

My clients trust that I'll use my special gifts of curiosity, creativity, communication, and connection to support them as they build journaling practices and find their own inner magic.

"She creates magic from journaling..."

Amanda helped me to really maximize the potential in my journaling, turning it from a random exercise that I knew made me feel good but was sporadic and not very intentional to a practice that benefits my health, my family life and relationships, my business and my hobbies and me-time.

Honestly, working with Amanda is life changing, she creates magic from journaling and is a warm and nourishing person to spend time with.

Journaling with Amanda helped me take the “supposed to” out of journaling and let it be messy and surprising. It helped me connect with myself and find room to converse with and wrestle with ideas.

I feel like my journal is a place I can sit down to have a conversation with myself and check in. Amanda helped me feel comfortable with the idea of talking to myself and giving myself room to express what I was feeling.
